"The Trailer"

Starting in 1984 , a group of very musical friends started to have recording sessions and jam sessions that today is known as "Garage Band" music. Most of these jams were recorded in a studio located inside a small camping trailer better known as "The Trailer". Some of these songs were also recorded outside or in basements also using "The Trailer" to record them.

In 1997 the studio was moved inside in a basement where lots of good stuff really happened.

Most of the tracks recorded at Moose Studio from 1984 to 1997 are recorded onto a Tascam* 32 - 8 Track, 1/2" Analog reel to reel machine with dbx* Type I noise reduction. Next adding effects and processing and then mixing down and mastering, using a Carvin MX-1688 Mixing Board, onto a Dat tape.

In the 2000's we upgraded to 16 channels of digital with MIDI. Unlimited channels are available. Mixdowns are now done on to a 1/4' Tascam reel to reel and then turned into CD's, MP3's, etc.

 

Then in 2002 the studio was moved to Philadelphia. It wasn't used too much there.

 

and then moved again in 2008 to Wilmington Delaware were it remained until 2022.

 

Coming in 2026!!

We are going mobile. The studio will be moved in to a 34 ft motorhome that has been striped and turned into a studio.
